BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo Fire Department has identified one surplus vehicle, a 2006 American LeFrance, VIN [1afaaacg36rw93331] (Unit #199), for donation to the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. The vehicle has been fully depreciated, has minimal to no remaining monetary value, and is no longer part of the City's active fleet.
The donation of this 2006 American LeFrance will provide valuable support to emergency response operations in the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. This action reflects the City of Laredo's commitment to international cooperation and supports the partnership established with the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende.
The vehicle will be donated on an "as-is" basis, and the City of Laredo shall bear no responsibility or liability for its operation, maintenance, or use following transfer of ownership.
