Consideration to authorize the purchase of one (1) Kubota S Series SVL97-3HFCC Skid Steer (tract Loader) from Texas AG Equipment, LLC from Uvalde, Tx. In the amount not to exceed $138,478.90. The purchase of this equipment shall be made utilizing the Sourcewell pricing program contract number 112624-KBA. Funding is available under the Solid Waste 2022 Certificate of Obligation Issue and the Solid Waste Fund.

BACKGROUND
The equipment purchase will enable to promptly mitigate the bio-sludge accumulation, reduce environmental risk, and ensure continued landfill compliance and operational stability on the Solid Waste Department. The equipment purchase will allow crews to immediately begin clearing obstructions, restore proper water flow, and mitigate the risks of flooding to adjacent neighborhoods and public infrastructure.
