Authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1 with Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc., in the amount of $268,668.71, for several items not included in the original contract and to increase the contract time by 660 calendar days due to additional work not included in the original contract and requested by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the Laredo International Airport Terminal Improvements project. With approval of this change order, the contract amount will increase to a total of $17,402,825.71, and the contract time will be extended to 1,150 calendar days. Funding is available in the Airport Construction Fund through FAA AIP Grant No. 102 (FAA 90% / LRD 10%), FAA ATP Grant No. 103 (FAA 95% / LRD 5%), and Laredo International Airport Funds.
