Discussion with possible action to review and amend Chapter 6 (Animals) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Laredo to strengthen provisions concerning lawful surrender of animals, proper restraint and confinement, minimum standards for adequate shelter and humane care, and enforcement of animal-related ordinances, including penalties and any other matters incident thereto.
