Consideration to approve contract renewal FY22-024 with Royal Contractors, LLC, Laredo, TX for an annual amount not to exceed $27,360.00 (cumulative total of $82,080 for Lawn Services to various City of Laredo Municipal Housing properties). The term of this contract will be for a (1) one-year term and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This is the final extension. This contract is to commence February 20, 2024 - December 22, 2024. Funding is available in the Noise Abatement Lease Program Fund.

BACKGROUND
The City went out on formal bid solicitations and received (5) five bids through Cit-E-Bid for Lawn Services. Bids received from: Tovar Landscaping, Laredo, Tx., Royal Contractors, Laredo, Tx., Torres Landscaping, Laredo, Tx., N&C Pulsar Construction, Inc., Laredo, Tx., and Olympia Landscape Development, Laredo, Tx.
This annual contract is for mowing and lawn maintenance services for various residential lots under the control of the Laredo Municipal Housing / Noise Abatement Program. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the last extension period for this contract. The term of this contract shall be for a period of (1) one-year beginning as of the date of its execution. This contract will be the responsibility of and administered by the vendor and the City of Laredo Municipal Housing Department.
