3. Discussion with possible action to modify the development and certificate of occupancy approval process, in efforts to streamline approvals and efficiency, to include: implementation of rolling submittals vs current system, include a not applicable option for department approval in the acceptance process, re-evaluate the trust agreement requirements to better navigate the rationing of transformers by AEP, re-evaluate possible obstacles in the PUD approval process, and any other matters incident thereto.
