BACKGROUND
The repairs to the 54" collector, designed by Ardurra, involve replacing a collapsed manhole with a new one located 140 feet from the original site on more stable ground. This requires extending the existing three-barrel siphon, which consists of two 30" pipes and one 24" pipe. The repair will be performed by Southern Trenchless, and Utilities will supply the pipe.
