3. Discussion and recognition of the Laredo Climate Cohort 2024, a skills-building college program of the Rio Grande International Study Center, for their efforts in profiling and photographing the stories of 9 individuals in our community whose lives are vulnerable to climate change and/or extreme heat and in creating a list of community climate pledges. The work resulted in a community exhibition at the Laredo Center for the Arts in November with a potential to travel to other venues in Texas.
