Consideration to award a three-year service contract RFP FY24-065 to Hachar-Bus Ads, Laredo, TX in an annual revenue amount of $125,000.00 for exterior and interior advertising services. The term of this contract will be for a three year period beginning as of date of its execution. This contract may be extended for one additional two year period. This contract will commence on July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027, the first three years. Revenue funds will be deposited in the El Metro Advertising account.

On May 19, 2008, Council approved to extend the FY04-047 Hachar Bus Ads contract.
BACKGROUND
The city received three proposals through Cit-E-Bid for awarding a three-year contract for bus exterior and interior advertisement for Laredo Transit Management. Hachar Bus Ads provides bus wraps advertising services to the City of Laredo - El Metro bus system to advertise in El Metro bus fleet. Hachar Bus Ads will continue to provide specialized sticky back flat and perforated vinyl, King Kong and 1/2 back and full back bus wraps.
