Consideration to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for the purchase of 12 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses which include the following: Four 40 ft. CNG buses for $713,943.00 each, six 35 ft. CNG buses for $705,470.00 each, and two 29 ft. CNG buses for $698,606.00 each for a total amount of $8,485,804.00 for all 12 buses from Gilling L.L.C. ("Gilling") utilizing the State of Washington Contract #06719-01. Funding is available in the Transit Capital Grants Fund - Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) Low or No Emission Grant Program TX-2024-034.

BACKGROUND
Purchase of twelve (12) compressed natural gas (CNG) buses to replace twelve (12) diesel buses from the El Metro fleet.
