BACKGROUND
The elevator system at the Joe A. Guerra Laredo Public Library has reached the end of its life cycle and can no longer be retrofitted.
The Joe A. Guerra Laredo Public Library, and its elevator system, located at 1120 E. Calton Rd, was built in 1998.
Metro Elevator is currently contracted with the City to perform these services.
