Discussion with possible action regarding the status of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department grant-funded Shiloh Bike Trails Project, designed by City engineering staff and being constructed by the City of Laredo Public Works Department, and the separate but coordinated Shiloh Bike Trails Design-Build Project with Nature Trails, LLC; including the anticipated November 2026 groundbreaking, coordination and integration of both projects into a cohesive trail system, project scopes, funding, timelines, and any other matters incident thereto.
