BACKGROUND
The request for statement of qualifications was advertised on February 11 and 18, 2024 and a preproposal meeting was held at Utilities Administration Conference Room on February 21, 2024. LAN was the only consultant that submitted a statement of qualifications and has prepared a team that is qualified to prepare the evaluation of aquifer storage and recovery for the City of Laredo.
