BACKGROUND
Smiles from Heaven applied for Third Party Funding and was approved for $25,000.00. The council item to award them a contract was presented on October 28, 2024. The initial scope of service and the budget included only travel vouchers and meal cards for pediatric cancer patients. They are requesting to amend their contract to revise the scope of service, to include rent for additional programs they will be offering.
