BACKGROUND
The 24-inch Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement at Monterrey Avenue project was advertised for public bid on October 6, 2025 and a close date October 29, 2025. This project will consist of the construction of approximately 174 LF. of 24-inch PVC SDR 26 and around 20 feet in depth with manholes, appurtenances and incidentals. This project will alleviate the existing sewer line that currently flows at capacity.
