Title: Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Tower Site Lease by and between Pinnacle Towers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Pinnacle Towers Inc. a Delaware corporation, was converted pursuant to Delaware law to Pinnacle Towers LLC, effective April 7, 2004) ("Crown") and City of Laredo, a government entity of the State of Texas ("Customer") to amend the term of the agreement effective December 31, 2025 for a term of five (5) years with one (1) five (5) year renewal option. This lease is for space on the tower to collocate any and all antennas/equipment related to the operation of the city's 800Mhz Public Safety Radio System. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

Tower Site Lease approved January 2006 and First Amendment approved April 2011.  Introductory reading approved August 18, 2025.
