Public Hearing Providing community residents an opportunity to comment on the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prepared by the Department of Community Development which identifies the activities undertaken by the City of Laredo and participating non-profit organizations and agencies in support of the City's housing and non-housing strategies and the objectives outlined in the 2024 Annual Consolidated Plan.
Noted are the accomplishments achieved through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), as well as the CDBG and ESG Coronavirus grant funds. The report is available for public comment beginning December 1st, 2025 and ending at 5:00 p.m. on December 15th, 2025.

Community Development Department and/or via email to cdcomments@ci.laredo.tx.us
