BACKGROUND
Authorization is requested to purchase eleven In-Car-Video Systems for the new Police Department vehicles. Utility Associates, Inc., headquartered in Decatur, Georgia is the sole source manufacturer of the fully integrated AVL & GIS Software, Body Worn Camera, In-Car-Video, and Mobile Router Communications System, and all related software and products, and these items are not available from another manufacturing source.
