A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, to execute all necessary documents to purchase the “Surface Only” of a 0.6096 acre (26,552 square feet) parcel of land, comprised of three parts, all located in the Santiago Sanchez Porcion number 12, Abstract 278, Webb County, Texas, being called 101.23 acre tract in the amount of $182,226.38 plus an estimate amount of $3,000.00 in closing costs from Indra , Inc. Parcel being more particularly described and depicted in the attached exhibit “A”. Funding is available in the Capital Improvement Fund. Providing for an effective date.

BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo is partnering with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Development of State Highway 84, stretching from FM 1472 to IH 35. This project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and improve mobility. As per the Affordable Funding Agreement (AFA), the City of Laredo will bear 100% responsibility for Right of Way acquisitions. The parcel is identified as Parcel 4.
