Discussion with possible action regarding the continuation of the City of Laredo’s street maintenance and pavement preservation program initiated during the previous fiscal year, including identifying available funding sources, such as eligible prior Certificates of Obligation or other available funds, for preventative street maintenance and pavement preservation treatments intended to extend the useful life of existing roadways; and any other matters incident thereto.
