PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On December 2, 2019 City Council Approved the construction contract to Honeywell International, Inc. in the amount of $10,009,255.00 with a contract time of 600 days for the Energy Savings Performance Contract. On May 3, 2021 Change Order #1 & #2 was approved by City Council. On October 18, 2021 Change Order #3 was approved by City Council.
