A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept the conveyance of a 20-foot-wide utility and access easement for water main and/or line(s) from ARMS General, LTD. and AARTI, LLC., being a tract of land of 0.52 acres of land more or less, situated in Lot 16 & 17, Block 2, Laredo Town Center Phase 2, City of Laredo, Webb County, Texas as recorded in Volume 36, Pages 6-7, Webb County Map records. Said 20-foot-wide utility and access easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds in attached Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B”; Attached hereto and made part of hereof; Providing for an effective date. Estimated value $56,854.51.
