BACKGROUND
The Utilities Asset Management Program is currently implemented by the Water and Sewer Divisions. This Cityworks software training and Asset Management Plan is implemented by the Utilities Billing Division. The Utilities and Environmental Departments utilize Cityworks as their asset and work order management system. The system is integrated with the Departments' GIS and supports daily operations. The current agreement for Cityworks Licensing, maintenance, and support is expiring. Renewal is required to ensure continued system functionality and uninterrupted operations for the Utilities and Environmental Departments. This contract shall be the responsibility of and administered between the vendor and the Utilities Department.
