PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION
On May 3, 2021, City Council approved the selection of Olympia Landscape Development, Inc. Laredo, Texas for FY21-ENG-07 City of Laredo Cemetery Irrigation Design-Build Project; and authorization to award a contract in the amount not to exceed $475,000.00 to include the landscaping design, construction of all irrigation system components, water pressure booster system and project contingency. A total of three (3) companies responded to the request for proposals. The evaluation committee recommends the selection of Olympia Landscape Development, Inc. Laredo, Texas. Contract time is 120 working days. Funding is available in the Waterworks Construction Fund.
