A resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, to accept a donation in the amount of $77,003.00 from Martinez Paving Company, Inc., for materials associated with the resurfacing of Crepusculo Dr. (3,100 LF) related with improvements for Harmony Hills Subdivision, Phase 2 at the Rodriguez Ranch, and any other matters incident thereto and in accordance with the donation policy. Donation will be accounted for in Capital Improvement Fund.
