BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo has once again contracted with Gallagher Consulting to conduct RFP 2026-065 bid through Cit-E-Bid for general liability, professional liability non-owned and hired automobile liability to cover the operations of the Roots Recovery Center. One agent provided a response to the RFP, USI Insurance Services LLC, Dallas Tx. provided quotes for all coverages requested. Proposal was reviewed and thoroughly evaluated by an evaluation committee and it is recommended to select and negotiate contract with USI Insurance Services LLC, Dallas Tx The attached spreadsheet outlines the various coverages and costs that have been quoted.
