BACKGROUND
Over the past fiscal year El Metro, Transit Department has focused on modernizing infrastructure and streamlining internal processes. This study was commissioned to identify bottlenecks in current operations and explore how the “Tech-Stack”-including real-time fleet management and automated reporting tools-can be further leveraged to maximize output.
