Consideration to authorize to purchase of one (1) unit of heavy equipment for the Environmental Services Department from Heil of Texas from Houston, Tx. a division of Doggett Freightliner of South Texas, LLC in the amount not to exceed $560,330.00. The heavy equipment unit is a V312N/1300 Vacuum Truck. The purchase of this equipment shall be made utilizing Buy Board contract number 723-23. Funding is available in the Environmental Services 2019 Certificate of Obligation Issue.
