Discussion with possible action to approve the unanimous recommendation of the Ad Hoc Riverfront Advisory Committee, to direct City Manager, with its outside legal counsel to contract an independent hydraulic/hydrologic/geomorphic study of the impact of the federal government's proposed walls and buoys along the Rio Grande river corridor during flood events in the City of Laredo.
