Consideration to award a professional service contract to Hellas Construction Inc., Cedar Park, Texas for the George Pappas Tennis Courts Overlay Rebid Project in response to RFP FY24-ENG-25 for the amount of $745,981.00 for the total base bid minus deductive alternate #3. The contract includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for completion of the project. The total construction contract time shall not exceed 90 working days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Funding is available in the 2022 Certificate of Obligation Bond.
