Consideration to renew annual parts/service contract FY22-048 with Laredo Mechanical Industrial Services, Laredo, Texas, in an amount up to $220,000.00 for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) generator parts and services for the City's stationary and portable generators. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This is the last extension period for this contract. All services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.

BACKGROUND
This contract establishes an hourly service rate and a discount rate for parts for the City's stationary and portable generators. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the last extension period for this contract. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning as of the date of its execution. This contract shall be the responsibility of and administered by the vendor and the City of Laredo Fleet Department.
