Discussion with possible action regarding the status of negotiations for a Wildlife Management Professionals services contract with sole bidder Brewster Environmental Quality Services LLC, Laredo, TX, for developing and implementing wildlife population control plans in reducing the population of wild hogs (Susscrofa) and javelinas (Pecari tajacu) within the city limits and surrounding areas, which have increasingly become a threat to public safety, property, and the local ecosystem body, and any other matters incident thereto.
