Consideration to renew contract FY22-019 ADS Comunicación/Ariel Agustin Rodriguez, Nuevo León, Mexico for Communication and Marketing Services for Port Laredo - Laredo Bridge System in an annual amount not to exceed $33,880.00. The original term of this contract was for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. This is the last extension period. Funding is available in the Laredo Bridge System Fund.

BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo went out on Request for Proposals (RFP) through Cit-E-Bid for Communication and Marketing Services for Port Laredo. The City received three (3) proposals: ADS Comunicación/Ariel Agustin Rodriguez, Nuevo León, Mexico; KGBT Texas Communications, San Antonio, Texas; Owusu-Agyei Group, Voorhees, New Jersey. Best value criteria was used to evaluate all three proposals by the City of Laredo committee. The original term of this contract was for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. This is the last extension period.
