Drainage easement has a value of $10,000.00. The property will be used for municipal purposes. The drainage easement will be maintained by the City of Laredo.

BACKGROUND
HK Designs, LLC, has offered to donate Lot Number Forty-One (41), in Block Number Two, Khaledi Heights Subdivision, Unit 2. The drainage easement has a value of $10,000. The property will be used for municipal purposes. The drainage easement will be maintained by the City of Laredo except for Khaledi Heights Subdivision, Unit 2 will be maintained by the homeowner's association for thirteen (13) months following the execution of this agreement.
