BACKGROUND
The Laredo International Airport solicited proposals from qualified vendors to provide advertising concession at the Terminal.
The selected firm would be responsible for the comprehensive management, advertising, operation, and maintenance of the terminal advertising program. Said management includes digital displays, marketing software, and ongoing business plan development. The selected firm would ensure that the program's design aligns seamlessly with the airport's overall aesthetics and reflects the unique characteristics of the surrounding region it serves.
The Airport received one (1) bid from Hachar Media. After evaluating the proposal, the evaluation committee recommends moving forward with entering into negotiations with Hachar Media for a formalized contract.
