BACKGROUND

Texas Local Government Code Section 43.0673 requires a public hearing before City Council.  The petition for annexation was presented before the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 16, 2024 for a recommendation.  After the public hearing, the petition shall proceed to City Council for introduction of the ordinance on July 22, 2024.

Tract 3 is as follows:

Voluntary Annexation:
Tract 3 - 10.40 acres, more or less, located north of FM 1472 and south of Pinto Valle Drive.

Petitioner: Ramona Cean - Terraval LLC

 

COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed annexation and zoning designation on May 16, 2024, and recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning on M-1 (Light Manufacturing District).
