BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo will solicit and receive statement of qualifications (SOQ’s) for a New Recreational Indoor Facility Feasibility Study from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including but not limited the feasibility of developing a recreational center in the City of Laredo. The study shall analyze demographic, economic, environmental, and community factors to determine the need, viability, and potential impacts of such a facility.
