Ratification to authorize the purchase of two (2) Kubota S Series SVL97-3HFCC Skid Steer (track Loader) from Texas AG Equipment, LLC, from Uvalde, Tx. in the amount of $185,676.10. The purchase of these equipment shall be made utilizing the Sourcewell pricing program contract Number 112624-KBA. Funding is available under the Solid Waste-2019 and Environmental Services-2019 Certificate of Obligation Bonds.

BACKGROUND
The equipment purchase will enable to promptly mitigate the bio-sludge accumulation, reduce environmental risk, and ensure continued landfill compliance and operational stability on the Solid Waste Department. The equipment purchase will allow crews to immediately begin clearing obstructions, restore proper water flow, and mitigate the risks of flooding to adjacent neighborhoods and public infrastructure.
