BACKGROUND
Currently, the City of Laredo utilizes the ExecuTime system for its timekeeping solution. However, the City has experienced numerous issues with ExecuTime, resulting in delays in the payroll process. Currently, the Police Department cannot be fully integrated into ExecuTime due to the unique nature of its operations and, therefore, continues to rely on manual timecards.
The implementation of ADP Workforce Manager would enhance the City’s operational efficiency by providing comprehensive scheduling capabilities for both the Police and Fire Departments. Additionally, ADP Workforce Manager offers advanced analytics and reporting features, enabling the City to generate system reports automatically rather than manually.
