BACKGROUND
Texas Local Government Code Section 43.0673 requires a public hearing before City Council. The petition for annexation was presented before the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 20, 2025 for a recommendation. After the public hearing, the petition shall proceed to City Council for introduction of the ordinance on May 19, 2025.
Tract 1 is as follows:
Voluntary Annexation:
Tract 1 - 6.00 acres, more or less, located at northeast of FM 1472 and Pinto Valle Drive, and north of Lampazos Loop.
