BACKGROUND
The City of Laredo finds it necessary to establish and codify construction inspection fees charged to applicants, contractors, developers, and other members of the public in order to ensure transparency, provide an identifiable Code provision for such charges, recover the reasonable costs associated with providing inspection services outside normal business hours, promote efficient scheduling, and establish a fair and consistent fee structure
