BACKGROUND
The South Laredo WWTP Blower Building Enclosure project was advertised for public bid on November 3, 2024 and bids were received on December 5, 2024. A bid opening was held on December 6, 2024. The consulting Engineer for the project, CDM Smith evaluated the bids and recommends awarding the contract to the lowest & responsive bidder MAGE 4 Group, Ltd. in the amount of $2,137,000.00
