Avolve Software Corp. is a sole source provider of this software. Service agreement renewal term June 8, 2024 to June 7, 2025. This agreement is subject to future appropriations and funding is available in the General Fund- Building Services Budget.

ProjectDox provides configurable workflows, file and mark-up versioning, digital signature verification, review/comment/response management, drawing change compare verification and all applicant communications. Contract renewals are on a yearly basis. Service agreement renewal term June 8, 2024 to June 7, 2025.
