Title: Providing community residents an opportunity to comment on the 2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan, and its 2025-2026 One Year Action Plan which identifies the projects proposed to be funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City anticipates receiving $2,859,543.00 in the 51st Action Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, $946,902.88 through the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and $266,495.00 through the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). An additional $80,000.00 is anticipated to be received in Housing Rehabilitation Revolving Loan Funds, and $125,000.00 in HOME program income.
