Discussion with possible action regarding a status update from City management on the final scope of work and timeline to begin the feasibility study for a Community Water and Energy Resource Center (CWERC), a wastewater reclamation initiative to be done in collaboration with the Rio Grande International Study Center and funded by the North American Development Bank (NADBank) with $180,000 in Technical Assistance Program (TAP) funds, and to confirm the assignment of a Project Manager for the specified feasibility study project, and any matters incident thereto.
