Planning:
1. Identify and show the existing communication tower easement and access easement on the plat drawing.

2. Revise the plat to a replat of Tract 37 out of North Laredo Land Irrigation & Water Co. Plat (See Vol 1, Pg. 104, Webb County Plat Records). Keep the original subdivision name and tract (e.g., “…into Tract 37A”), and include the “As Platted” section.

3. Revise the legal description to reflect the correct property description.

4. Revise Plat Note No. 4 to state the following: “All curb cuts shall comply with the Standard Technical Specification Manual, as may be amended from time to time.”

5. Identify all easements.

6. All improvements as per the Subdivision Ordinance.
