BACKGROUND
The Public Arts Program published RFQ 2026-031 from February 23, 2026 to March 6, 2026.

Summary of alignment: Moving forward with these contracts will allow artists and contractors to execute public arts projects including but not limited to hopscotch murals, mini-galleries, and more which supports the aforementioned policy’s goal in encouraging more art in public spaces.
