BACKGROUND
The donation of the following easements are for the purpose of installing a 12-inch Water Line, an 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Line, a 6-inch Force Main Line, and a Lift Station:
1. A 15-foot wide Utility Easement and Utility Access Easement comprising approximately 0.57 acres.
2. A Variable Width Utility Easement and Utility Access Easement totaling approximately 1.30 acres.
3. An additional Variable Width Utility Easement and Utility Access Easement comprising approximately 0.23 acres.
The aforementioned easements shall be situated over, under, across, and upon Tract 7, a 291.688-acre tract conveyed to NeedMore Dolores, LLC, as recorded in Volume 3491, Pages 492-538, Official Public Records of Webb County (O.P.R.W.C.T.), and Tract 8, an 8129.094-acre parcel also conveyed to NeedMore Dolores, LLC, recorded in the same volume and pages. The easements shall derive from the metes and bounds as described in the attached exhibits labeled A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5. These easements are essential for the placement and maintenance of municipal infrastructure necessary to serve the surrounding properties. This acceptance document is executed to facilitate the necessary actions for the successful installation of the required utility lines and associated structures as delineated herein.
