BACKGROUND
The city received three (3) bids through the Cit-E-Bid for the purchase of Dry/Wet/Cat Food & Cat Litter for the Animal Care Services Department. Laredo Ranch Heights, LLC. was the lowest bidder.
The term of this contract shall be for a period of two (2) years beginning as of the date of its execution. The contract may be extended for three (3), one (1) year extension periods. This is Extension 1 of 3.
This contract shall be the responsibility of and administered by the vendor and the Animal Care Services Department.
