Authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to License Agreement (“License”) by and between the City of Laredo, a municipal corporation (“Licensor”), and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensee”), dated August 13, 2011 and attached hereto; to modify licensed premises for the installation of a Generator, including a concrete pad and back-up power supply, etc. Rent shall increase by Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month upon commencing of the effective date; all other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

BACKGROUND
Licensor and Licensee entered into a License Agreement dated August 13, 2011, whereby Licensor licensed to Licensee space on the tower located at 7803 Mines Road, Laredo, Webb County, Texas, for the placement of antenna facilities and a portion of the property for the location of an equipment building or equipment cabinet and related facilities associated with the antenna facilities. Licensee desires to amend license agreement to modify premises by an approximate forty (40) square feet for the installation of a generator, including a concrete pad and back-up power supply, etc.
Licensor and Licensee agree and acknowledge that Tenant’s current annual rent of $24,976.00 shall increase by Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month upon commencement of the effective date and subject to a 4% escalator.
All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement remain in full force and effect.
